Roxanne Tena-Nelson brings more than 20 years of strategic leadership, coalition building, stakeholder engagement, and board advisory. As President & Founder of Salud Pathways LLC, she provides strategic advisory for executive leaders navigating complex regulatory landscapes and innovation. Her career includes senior advisory roles at the Greater New York Hospital Association and the Continuing Care Leadership Coalition, where she focused on turning relationships into sustained action in the health care field. She holds a JD and MPH from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
